Yes. Pattaya Renovators focuses on condominium renovation in the Pattaya area. This helps us work with the conditions, management rules, and practical requirements that are common in condo buildings.

We offer bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation, and general interior works such as tile installation, ceiling and wall work, waterproofing, mold treatment, water leak repair, and other partial repairs.

Yes. You can request a focused bathroom or kitchen package, or choose individual unit-priced works for smaller repairs and upgrades.

Yes. We can prepare 3D renderings before construction so you can understand the design direction and key finishes before work begins.

Our main service areas are Central Pattaya, South Pattaya, Pratumnak, and Jomtien. Please contact us if your condominium is nearby and you would like us to confirm availability.

About Costs & Payment

How pricing and quotations are handled.

Yes. Initial consultation and estimates are completely free. Contact us via phone, email, or LINE to get started.

Package prices are a starting point. The final quotation is provided after a site inspection, because the condition of the unit, access, demolition needs, and selected materials can affect the final scope.

Package prices generally include labor and project management. Each package page explains the main included works, such as bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, flooring, ceiling, wall work, plumbing, or electrical items depending on the package.

Items such as demolition work, furniture moving, and furniture may not be included in standard package prices. If these are needed, we will confirm them during the inspection and include them in the quotation.

Yes. All listed prices are exclusive of 7% VAT.

Yes. Standard products are used as the base for package pricing, and you can choose upgraded materials or fixtures by paying the difference.

How the renovation works from start to finish.

The process usually begins with a free consultation and site inspection. After the scope is confirmed, we prepare a proposal and quotation, then manage construction, progress updates, final inspection, and handover.

Yes. We manage every project through a cloud-based project management system, which allows us to keep accurate records and respond to your questions promptly — wherever you are in the world.

The schedule depends on the size and condition of the unit and the final scope of work. We will provide a project schedule together with the quotation after inspection and planning.

Yes. English support is available for consultation, quotation, progress updates, and project communication. We also support Japanese and Thai.

Warranty & Maintenance

After-care and maintenance support.

Yes. Most renovation work carried out by Pattaya Renovators includes warranty support. The exact terms and coverage are outlined in the quotation we provide before work begins.

Yes. We handle common condominium issues such as water leak repair, ceiling stains, cracked tiles, drainage problems, waterproofing, mold treatment, and other maintenance works.
